How long will my order take to ship?                                                

 Most orders are ready to ship within 2–4 business days. However, processing times may be longer during busy seasons or for larger/custom orders. We’ll always keep you informed and do our best to get your items out as quickly as possible.

 Do you offer rush orders?                                                                            

 Yes, we offer limited rush options! If you need something by a specific date, please use the contact us page or email us at support@aetailsandtreasuresco.com before ordering and we’ll do our best to accommodate. 

Can I request a custom order or design? 

Absolutely! We love bringing your ideas to life. Message us with your vision, and we’ll work with you to create something special.

Where do you ship?
We currently ship within US only. 

 Is there local pick up and delivery? 

         Yes, local pick up will be at Lake Bentonville  and delivery we can make arrangements to meet some where else if needed. 

What’s your return or refund policy?

Because our items are handmade and often personalized, we generally do not accept returns. However, if there’s ever a problem with your order or damage, please reach out within 7 days — we want you to love what you receive!

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

If you need to make a change, reach out to us ASAP, support@aetailsandtreasuresco.com.  We can only change or cancel your order before it goes into production.

Q: Do you do parties and events?
A: Yes! We offer live on-site custom magnet creation for weddings, birthday parties, bridal/baby showers, corporate events, and more. Guests get to watch their personalized magnets made in real-time, creating a fun and memorable keepsake experience. Pricing varies depending on the number of guests and hours on-site—contact us to plan your perfect event!
